The job market for graduates from the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management is exceptional, offering a career in the following fields:

(1) High technology:

 The semiconductor (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing, MediaTek, United Microelectronics, ASE Technology Holding, Siliconware Precision Industries, Nanya Technology, Winbond Electronics, Macronix International, Rexchip Electronics, and Powerchip Technology), electronics (Foxconn Technology Group, HTC, Delta Electronics, Quanta Computer, Compal Electronics, Inventec Appliances, Acer, Wistron, and ASUSTeK Computer), and optoelectronics industries (AU Optronics, Chunghwa Picture Tubes, Chi Mei Optoelectronics, Ritek, and Largan Precision)

(2) Precision mechanics:

China Steel, China Motor, Aerospace Industrial Development, Yulon Motor, Victor Taichung Machinery Works, Giant Manufacturing, and Yeong Chin Machinery Industries

(3) Green energy (LED/solar energy):
